Karuppan is a Tamil movie starring Vijay Sethupathi and Tanya Ravichandran in prominent roles. The cast also includes Bobby Simha. It is a drama movie directed by R. Panneerselvam, with D. Imman as the music director, forming part of the crew.

Jeethu Josephs Oozham, is a revenge family drama with the right amount of action in it. This action entertainer stars Prithviraj in the lead role as Surya. Neeraj Madhav does a full length character named Ajmal, along with Prithviraj. Balachandr Menon as Krishna Murthy, Divya Pillai and new face Rasna, have other prominent roles.

Annie Jacob (Samvrutha), a journalist with India Times is intrigued by the Jose murder case, after the accused Shivarajan (Pasupathy) is attacked by goons on the court premises. As she works her way into the former bank manager`s past to unravel the mysteries behind the heinous crime, she stumbles across another murder, that of his daughter Vairamani (Dhanya), that had remained buried for a long time.

After a man is accused of murdering his ex wife and all the evidence is against him, a woman enters his life that he can't seem to get off his mind. Nothing seems right and now he must try to find out why he is being blamed for the crime he didn't commit and find out who is truly behind it and why.

Crazy, unemployed, and out of control collegian, Subramaniam, is the son of Chennai Municipal truck driver, Mani, who lives a poor lifestyle with his wife and daughter, Lakshmi.
