The film is inspired the life of yesteryear actress Kalpana. The film talks about her struggles and her difficult journey through life.

The film is circumscribes Lakshmi (Pooja Gandhi), leader of the gang, who spots houses where women are alone. She goes to the house asking for water. When the women go inside, the entire gang led by Krishna (Makarand Deshapande) and followed by Hanuma (Ravi Kale), Thimma (Jaidev), Muniya (Karisubbu) and others enter the house and kill women. Krishna takes thrill in slitting the throats as he is fond of the noise that comes out from the throat when blood oozes out. Then they loot the house and escape. They are all shabbily dressed, rough and tough. Inspector Chalapathi (Ravishankar) takes up the challenge of arresting them. How does he do it? Wait for the gripping sequences.

Hare Rama Hare Krishna portrays an unemployed man, Anand (Sri Murali), who bribes an official for a job. When he doesn`t get the job, an angry Anand approaches a higher authority demanding that the money he paid be returned. However, he is framed by the officials and they send him to prison.
