Vijay, a happy go lucky man becomes the scapegoat of this racket. As he sets out to get evidence to prove his innocence, it unfolds several events including a political murder.

Hari is a young man who wants to fall in love and enjoy life. Unfortunately, all the girls keep rejecting him and he decides not to fall in love again.
