Laksmi falls for the guy next door Anand, but this development angers her father who restricts her to meet him. However, everything falls apart when downhearted Laksmi takes an extreme action. How will Anand deal with it? Will the turn of events change her father's stand?

Yuvatha is about friends sticking up for each other, in whatever way they can. Babu (Nikhil) leaves his village following an altercation with his uncle. He arrives in Hyderabad and stays with some of his friends. During his stay he meets Baby (Aksha) and they fall in love with each other. But tragedy strikes one of his friends, who gets hospitalized, amounting to huge medical bills. The friends then attempt to rob a bank to pay the bills.
