Ready is a romantic-comedy set in Mauritius. It is a story about Prem and Sanjanna who fall in love amidst a twisted plot of greedy uncles who want to gulp down Sanjanna`s family inheritance and Prem`s crazy family who always form a part of their only son`s plans. Comedy is essentially a part of the various schemes and conspiracies both parties plan to teach each other a lesson. But what happens when Sanjanna`s family find out they`ve been tricked? Revenge takes over their minds which lead to yet another series of plotting and adventures for both families.

DCP Satya (Rajasekhar) is a cop who flares up instantly at the thought of people who are a threat to the rest of the world. His team, consisting of Siva Reddy, Sivaji, Sai Kiran and Neetu Chandra, is once sent to Vizag to bring back Dr. Iqbal Ansari (Atul Kulkarni), the prime accused in a blast case. On the way back, they run into Ranadev (Milind Soman), a highly dangerous villian. Satya and Ranadev share a gory background which involves Satya saving the CM`s life during a terrorist attack by Ranadev, Ranadev bribing his way out of jail, and then mowing down Satya`s wife and her family. Ranadev now tells Satya that he wants Ansari to be handed over to him. An ugly fight ensues, but Satya realizes that he is in deep trouble as some higher officials are plotting against him.

Actually it is a good history, and the film is quite intresting aswell. Once Sunil Shetty makes his entry the film is getting better.

An archaeologist unearths an underground palace at Sangramgarh. The locals are afraid of what will happen if they start digging and would like to leave the past alone. It turns out their fears we confounded. Vicky lives a wealthy lifestyle with his widower dad, J.B., in India. Since he has matured, his dad would like him to get married to Sonia, who is the daughter of his friend, D.D., who is an Archeologist, currently looking for artifacts in Sangramgarh. Vicky and Sonia like each other and have no qualms of getting married. Then a series of events shake-up the crew at the site at Sangramgarh as they find that what appears to be an underground palace. The locals are superstitious and afraid of what they happen if they start digging and would prefer to leave the past alone. They may well be right as an ancient, ageless and cruel entity, Rajkumari Suryalekha, who at one time actually reared a half-man half-beast, cannibals and man-eating beasts to defeat and kill all her suitors as she hated men, save and except for Vikram Singh, who was able to emerge victorious, but ended up rejecting her as she had his friend, Amar Singh, killed. Now she awaits to be resurrected so that she may claim her lover and avenge her humiliation as well end the curse that her mother had put upon her. Unable to handle this rejection Suryalekha commits suicide and thus the entire palace goes underground.
