The story initially progresses by showing the happily lead life of Saira Banu, a post women and her son Joshua Peter who is a law student aspiring to be a professional photographer. Joshua qualifies to be a trainee for a probationary period at a reputed International Magazine called The Geo. In a bad turn of events, Joshua and Banu's life is shaken when Joshua becomes the convict in a court case. This is when Annie John Tharavadi, a reputed advocate becomes part of these happenings.

Banking Hours 10 to 4 is a suspense thriller that is set in a bank. During a robbery, a person gets killed inside the bank premises and the suspense is revealed within the banking hours of 10 to 4.

A group of students camping in a forest accidentally sets free a spirit that is seething with revenge to kill her murderer. When the spirit begins to kill the students, they call a sorcerer. A college group of anthropology students go to the remote forest are of Muthuvan Mala, under the oversight of Prof. Shankaranarayanan (Raghavan), in order to study the tribal life which had existed there. A student, Sunny (Nishanth Sagar), unknowingly unleashes the spirit of Neeli (Vani Viswanath), who is a ghost seeking revenge against the Thripangod royal family, one of whom (Devan) had killed her and her lover (Vikram). Consequently, Neeli starts killing off the students one by one and the police call for sorcerer Vadakkedath Namboothiri (Prathapachandran) to be summoned.

An unemployed bachelor saves the life of a baby girl when he finds her on the street. However, his life changes for the better when he starts to earn a living for the child.

When CID officer Chandran, who is working on a tedious case, gets murdered, officer Nazir takes over his case and endeavors to catch his killers.
