After a bomb blast in Hyderabad, the CM assigns a secret agency `Rudra Netra` to trace and eliminate enemies. Brahmachaari, a confident, clumsy, and silly secret agent, is assigned to solve the case.

The plot revolves around the death of motorists who break a traffic rule at a particular flyover in Hyderabad and the subsequent pinning down of the culprit by an intern journalist and police inspector duo.

Arjun, a 27-years-old man, is forced to get married by his family despite his effort to put them off. However, one day, his mother tricks him into meeting a girl. Will he reject it or will he end up falling in love?
