Lack-Hell has been shot in LAquila, an important Italian city destroyed by an earthquake in 2009. The film tells, with a visionary approach, about a contemporary Hell where 20 damned, non-professional actors from LAquila, are imprisoned while a presence wonders through the city, now silent and abandoned. This presence is a very human angel that sometimes consoles and sometimes is cruel. Its a conscious angel inspired by the Duino Elegies of R. M. Rilke. While wondering through the destroyed city, the angel helps us to have a different vision and brings a new perspective.
