Set against the Covid-19 pandemic, the film follows Shirley and Roy, a married couple who go visit Shirley`s aging father and in their isolation, family secrets come to the surface.

`D Company` is a Malayalam portmanteau film. It is an anthology of five independently shot action films directed by Joshiy, Shaji Kailas, M. Padmakumar, Diphan and Vinod Vijayan.
