Spanning from 1990 to 2020, the movie portrays two love stories from widely different eras facing widely different obstacles. One couple battles society`s restrictions while the other must learn to balance work with love, but both portray the same true and unfiltered feelings of love.

He goes deep into the underbelly of Goa, facing off against drug lords, menacing Russian henchmen, and blood thirsty animals. The film is about Shankar, a Haryanvi gangster who runs an illegal blood bank, but is like a messiah for the poor and needy. Another ambitious youngster joins Shankar in the business as he wants to impress a girl with some quick money. But things turn ugly once Shankar decides to go his own way.

This movie is based on Bharat Rajpurohit (born April 6, 1944), better known as Charles Sobhraj, a French serial killer of Indian origin, who preyed on Western tourists throughout Southeast Asia during the 1970s.
