Trance revolves around Viju Prasad, a motivational trainer based out of Kanyakumari, and the growth and setbacks he faces in different phases of his life.

Oththa Seruppu Size 7 tells the story of Masilamani, the only character on screen. He is a middle aged security guard, and a murder suspect being interrogated by the police. As he tells his narrative in bits and pieces, the police and the audience must put the story of this solo act film together on their own.

The film throws light on this rapidly changing world, stressed lives, changing lifestyles, societal pressures and parents' expectations. This the world where everyone is struggling to accomplish their goals and make their own identity. It is an emotional take on the lack of communication and the generation gap between parents and children and how it has led to many sensitive issues.

`Kochadaiyaan` centers around a war between three kings from different generations. The three kings are played by Rajnikanth, Jackie Shroff and Nassar. Rajinikanth has a double role in the film. He plays Kochadaiyaan, a loyal commander of the emperor as well as Rana whose Kochadaiyaan`s son. Kochadaiyaan is a successful commander and the emperor`s good friend. He aims to conquer the world and put it under his King`s feet. `Kochadaiyaan` stars Shobana, Aadhi and Sarathkumar too in significant roles. The period film also marks Deepika Padukone`s debut in the Kollywood industry.

RA.One is about a father,Shekhar Subramaniam trying very hard to fit into his son`s mean world, while the son tries to ``dude``ify his father and a mother confused between the different worlds of the father and son. Just when the two of them hit a deadlock- Shekhar strikes gold when he designs a game, which starts playing them instead of the other way round and all hell breaks loose.
