The film is a story of transformation for love. A young boy`s childhood love is taken away from him and he has to fight the merciless criminals. What all transformations does this young chap go through forms the story of the film.

Kirpaan is the story of the personal journey of Beeru - a young college going lad from Punjab. Beeru lives a carefree and purposeless life, and eventually disappoints his parents and also loses the love of his life due to his attitude. Beeru's grandfather had been a victim of racism which eventually led him to murder a race supremacist and that led him to be arrested and hanged till death. The grandfather died protecting the family's honour which was an ancestral historical Sword. This story makes Beeru find purpose in his life again by regaining his family honour - securing the Sword which was enclosed in a museum.

Lucky Di Unlucky Story is a Punjabi comedy film directed by Smeep Kang, and starring Gippy Grewal and Surveen Chawla in lead roles.
