Plan Panni Pannanum is a Tamil movie starring Rio Raj and Bala Saravanan in prominent roles. It is a drama directed by Badri Venkatesh with Yuvan Shankar Raja as musician, forming part of the crew.

A remake of the Telugu blockbuster "Vikramarkudu" and directed by popular Tollywood director Shiva, it is slated to be a runaway success.

The films open with the marriage of a young couple, Krishna (Krishna) and Krishnavemi (Vijayalaksmi). The couple however, is charged with more than love to their account. Various criminal charges have a group of policemen chasing them, lead by Stanley Deva Sahayam (Kalyan). When the couple gets cornered by the police, Ramanathan (Sampath Raj) comes to their rescue and takes them to a safe location. As luck would have it, Ramanathan turns out to be a local policeman, authorised to catch the two. He interrogates them at a secret location where the story begins to unfold in flashback mode.

Dasavatharam means 10 avatars of lord Vishnu which are played by Kamal Haasan in this movie. The plot of the film revolves around bringing together the lives of several individuals beginning with the 12th century and ending with the 21st century; the main person being a research scientist who develops a bio-weapon and makes sure that it is not acquired by a group of terrorists. Several other people also get involved in the process and all their stories connect after the striking of a tsunami, thus bringing in philosophical views into the picture.

Thotta`` is about the transformation of a straightforward honest young man into a menace. The young boy (Jeevan) comes to Chennai with his mother to search for his father, only to find him leading a happy life with another woman. Expelled from the family`s home, the boy loses his mother in the brawl. He comes across a kind auto driver (Chandrasekar), who helps him perform the last rites for his mother.

Shivshankar, a wheelchair-bound man, tries to make his son Vishnu aware of his responsibilities but to no avail. Things take a turn for the worse after Vishnu starts stealing and tries to rape a girl.

Raja and his father, who live in Hong Kong, are devastated when an accident leaves the latter on the verge of death. So, he decides to reunite his father with his grandfather.
