Kaalayan`s (Sundar) life revolves around his four brothers. When Varadharajan (Suman) approaches him with his sister`s hand for marriage, Kaalayan refuses. This earns him Varadharajan`s wrath, who is a big shot in the neighbouring village. Meanwhile, Bhuvana (Sneha), on the run from Varadharajan, seeks refuge under Kaalayan and the two fall in love. This only increases Varadharajan`s fury and he begins to plot Kaalayan`s downfall.

This is the story of Easwaran (Arjun Sarja) who gets into trouble with the MLA (Sai Kumar) after he exposes his corrupt and greedy ways through his cable TV channel. His mother takes him to a saint in Thiruvannamalai who resembles him and in the series of events that follow, the two swipe places. The rest is how Swami deals with the issues through his soft spoken nature and whether Easwaran is able to pin down the MLA or not.

Sakthi (Kalyan Ram) runs a small welding shop in a busy street of Hyderabad. He has no family to call his own. Devi (Vedhika) is the spoiled daughter of a rich man. She goes over to the shop one day and falls in love with Sakthi. Sakthi rejects her citing a family problem. When she quarrels with him, he admits to his parents being alive along with a brother and sister and also explains to her why he left them 15 years back. Does he go back to looks for his parents? Do the two lovers get together at all?

E, a tough guy from slums, unwittingly aids a quack doctor's human testing, but after learning his sinister motives, he works to thwart the doctor's malicious plans and bring him to justice. E along with his friend Tony (Karunas) carries out small crimes to earn money. E brought up in tough conditions, grows up as a tough, fearless and emotionless guy. Meanwhile; Dr.Ramakrishnan (Ashish Vidyarthi) a quack comes to the slum and projects himself as a do-Good to people living there. Not knowing his ulterior motives, the slum dwellers keep unshakable faith on him. However, his hidden agenda is to make use of them as guinea pigs to test his new but potentially lethal medicines.E saves Dr.Ramakrishnan from Nellai Mani (Pasupathy), a terrorist, who is after the Doctor to kill him. Realizing E's boldness the Doctor enters into a pact with E to capture Mani in return for a huge sum. E captures Mani and when he takes him to handover him to the doctor. Mani tells about Ramakrishna's evil designs. The rest of the film is about how E foils the doctor's malicious actions and brings him to books. —viewer

Sivakaasi (Vijay) is a short tempered youth working at a welding center, who has fallen in love with Hema (Asin). Her family accepts him as a do-gooder, in spite of his impulsiveness. However, one day, he thrashes Hema`s brother making Hema yell at him. At this, Sivakaasi is compelled to narrate his past to Hema. His past does not pacify Hema completely, but she only says that she will marry no one but him only after he gets the approval of his family. Now, Sivakaasi, who has been growing up like an orphan so far must return to his roots to make things right and to tie the ends he had left loose years ago.

About the movie Bagavathi and Guna are brothers who run a tea shop. When Guna gets killed by his girlfriend Priya`s father, Bagavathi protects Priya`s unborn child believing that Guna will reborn.
