With 'Save Tigers, Save Forest, and Save Animals' as its basic concept, the movie explores the life of Maasthi, who is the 'Kavadiga' of Drona, the elephant that leads the Jamboo Savari at Dasara Festival in Mysuru every year. The movie sheds light on the poaching activities that took place in the BRT forest range in the 90s and how Maasthi fights against all odds to preserve the forest and the animals.

The film revolves around a young boy Ashok (Dhruv Sarja) who goes to Mysore in search of love and accidentally meets a college going student Anjali (Radhika Pandit). It is love at first sight for both of them. However, she does not express her love as she has promised her father that she would only have an arranged marriage. Ashok returns to the city heartbroken. The interesting twist comes when Ashok`s family background is disclosed at the end of the first half. Whether Ashok is successful in convincing Anjali and her father is shown in a pleasant climax.

Drishya is a film about a man whose family finds themselves in trouble when they get involved in a murder. To make matters worse, the murdered person happens to be a policewoman`s son. The film chronicles his effort to protect them through all the trouble they face.

This historical Kannada film revolves around Sangoli Rayanna, an active freedom fighter from Karnataka in India. Till his death, he fought against the British. He was the chief of the army in the kingdom of Kittur which was ruled by Kittur Rani Chennamma.

Ajay`s mother Gowri (Sumalatha) helps her son escape from the jail through some youths by paying them money. Siddhanth, to prove that he is innocent, begins his hunt for terrorists and takes on Saleem, (Atul Kulakarni), who plans to blast KRS dam. The rest is full drama and action which go on expected lines with some catchy dialogues by M S Ramesh reflecting the state of affairs in India in handling terrorists` cases.

Kal Manja is a Kannada film starring Komal and Udhayathara in the lead roles alongside Aishwarya Nag. The film is a remake of the Malayalam hit Chathikkatha Chanthu. The story revolves around a film unit which help the two estranged lovers unite.

An ancient painting of Nagavalli (Vimala Raman) creates chaos in the household of a bharathanatyam dancer, Saraswathi (Lakshmi Gopalaswamy). Acharya Ramchandra Shastry (Avinash) and Dr Vijay (Vishnuvardhan), a psychiatrist, get together to solve the mystery behind the events that have been occurring due to the presence of the painting. How they solve the mystery forms the rest of the story.

Two painters Rangayana Raghu and Sharan are assigned to paint a house just before the marriage of a young girl in the house. The girl is in love with someone else but is afraid to reveal it The family is also facing financial problems as the elders in the family lose money in shares. It is up to the painters to find solutions to these problems.

Malashri as police officer Kiran Bedi takes on dons like Bhoopathi (Ashish Vidyarthi), his son Vicky, aides Mobile Naga (Rangayana Raghu), Rowdy Naga (Kote), Muni and D`Souza. Kiran Bedi`s swiftness and intelligence stun the dons who wait for a chance to kill her after she kills Bhoopathi`s son. She is finally vanquished by the dons. Kiran Bedi`s father Venkatappa (Srinivasamurthy), also a constable, finds Bellary Bhagyalakshmi (Malashri), a notorious thief resembling Kiran Bedi and asks her to don his daughter`s role to punish the dons. She accepts the challenge.

A police constable, Venkatappa (Srinivasa Murthy) meets Bellary Bhagyalakshmi (Malashri), a fraud and tells her his daughter, Kiran Bedi's (Malashri) story. Kiran was a police officer in Bangalore and resembled Bellary. There is a crime nexus run by Bhoopathy (Ashish Vidyarthi), his partners Naga (Kote), Mobile Nachappa (Rangayana Raghu), D'Souza and Muni in Bangalore. Bhoopathy's son Vicky murders a young civil service student, Shweta. Bhoopathy hides Vicky in Bhadramma's (Telangana Shakuntala) house in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Kiran finds Vicky and kills him and Bhadramma. Bhoopathy, in a fit of rage, manages to kill Kiran. Venkatappa now requests Bellary to become Kiran Bedi and finish Bhoopathy and his associates. Bellary accepts after listening to the story and getting money for it. Bellary targets the whole nexus of Bhoopathy and slowly starts taking them down. But soon Bellary's identity is revealed in the court. Full of remorse, she enters civil services and becomes a real police officer finishing Bhoopathy.

`Manmadha` film is about a young man who makes it his life`s mission to brutally murder. The film opens with Madan (Simbhu) pretending a psychologically disturbed patient. He joins college where Jyothika too studies. Jyothika dreams of a boy who practically rapes her in her dream, tying her hands and legs to the cot. The moment she sees this man Madan, she is terrified. At the same time there is news that a boy looking like Madan is serial killer. Police capture Madan and interrogate. Madan denies the fact but says there is another person who must have done this. The story then goes in the flashback showing look alike of Madan but with different make up in a college. The story has many twists. To reveal the climax watch the movie at your nearest cinema.
