Vijay and Radha are leading a happy marital life until she begins to suspect that Vijay is having an extramarital affair with his secretary.

Vijay and Meena fall deeply in love, but Meena`s brother opposes the marriage due to family differences. Sendhoorapandi, Vijay`s brother, returns from jail and tries to help the couple reach their happy ending. At the same time the film reveals Sendhoorapandi`s past - his encounter with love and the reason why he was in jail.

An Inspector is assigned to track down a large sum of stolen money. His investigations lead him to a couple of small time crooks, a village belle, a murder, an absconding suspect, and an international drug dealer. Fresh printed bank notes to the value of incredible 10 billion rupies are stolen in India from a train by the henchmen of super-gangster Vikram living in London. The code card only being able to open the container with the money comes into the possession of beautiful Chandralekha. On the way to Vikram she comes across the two thieves Kadir and Azhagu who are on the run from the police - having in tow country-girl Rajathi whom they kept from committing suicide and who then ran away from her ruthless uncle. After some attempts of cheating each other Chandralekha is making friends with the thieves. When she discovers that Vikram is stopping at nothing - especially not at dead bodies - on his hunt after the loot, she informs the three others about the real value of the code card. In the following pursuit between Vikram, the four heroes and a special police brigade which has to get back the money before a state crisis comes about, not only fierce action, but also love comes to its own. —hthiess Portly CBI Inspector Laxminarayan is assigned to track down 1000 Crore Rupees worth of stolen currency from the Government Security Press in Nasik. His assignment will lead him to Ashok Tejani, and then to two burglars in Tamil Nadu, Shankar and Anand, who are on the run from the Police along with a suicidal village belle, Kajri. The story begins with a group of government officers who come to list the number of devastated houses. The officers promised them to give a big amount to build their house but in exchange for a little amount to register their name. So the illiterate villagers, who wants to make easy money, demolish their house. The officers turn out to be frauds. The village panchayat president (Vinu Chakravarthy) knows that the villagers will not interfere in his decision until they are uneducated. Sivaraman, a new school teacher, tries to change their custom and the children are happy to learn at school. Soon, Sivaraman has trouble with the village head.

Rasappa, a respected man in the village, wants to settle scores with Periyasamy. Thangam comes to the village and falls in love with Muthu who works under Rasappa.

An ex-convict police officer, jailed for sexually molesting a woman, now works as a night watchman. Shortly after arresting Yuvraj Raj Chelapathi (Nasser) for assaulting him, Inspector Raja Dorai (Arjun), himself, is arrested for sexually molesting a young woman in a train compartment. He is subsequently tried in Court, found guilty and sentenced to prison. After his discharge he finds employment as a night watchman in Bharat Nagar and comes to the rescue of its' residents on many occasions. When Chela Dorai (Sarath Babu) introduces a Chit Fund in order to enable residents to invest in real estate, many people make their contributions, but soon find that both Chela and the money are missing. Meanwhile, Rajathi's suitor from the village hatches a plan to bring her back from her husband and marry her forcibly. Balu, on the other hand, decides to divorce Rajathi. Chitra decides to unveil her mask now, but will her plan succeed or boomerang.
