Three college friends meet teacher Kishore Kumar who offers them a room to stay because of personal reasons. Years later, they reunite to help their teacher with his illness and in turn find a chance to fix their love lives.

The film revolves around the incidents that happen in 24 hours time in a house. When the elders go on a piligrimage to Tirupati, the sons and daughters of the couple have a field day at home. The film is a story of a love triangle. It revolves around Anil (Prajwal Devraj), Priyanca (Bianca Desai) and Divya (Sonu). Anil is in love with Priyanka whereas Divya loves Anil.

This is a low budget comedy movie with the overall movie being shot in a single house. The movie starts with the family having four children with Komal as the eldest son and three girls. The overall movie is a drama taking place in a house in one day. The parents are scheduled to a one-day trip to Tirupati. The children, knowing about it, the elder three children inform their lovers to come to their home.[citation needed] But the comedy starts when their aunt comes to sleep in their home. The lovers are supposed to hide in their rooms so that they don't get seen by other siblings and the aunt. After some time the appu (Ramesh Aravind) arrives with some relational links and sleeps in their home. He visits each of the children's rooms and the interesting thing is to watch how each of them hide their lovers in their home. Finally, next day when the parents arrive, various truths are brought in front of them with some feelings.

Galipata revolves around three young people who unsure of what they want from life, move out of their village and come to Mugilupete. They fall in love with different women in this village and their quest to pursue these women forms the crux of the film.

The title for this film is suggested by well known novelist and journalist H.Girish Rao (Jogi).The protagonist in the film is Meera (Ramya) a singer in the village. A ruffian Raghava (Thilak) is in love with her but she rejects him outright and marries Madhava (Diganth). Madhava is interested in completing IAS for which Meera borrows loan from Raghava without the knowledge of her husband Madhava. At this time Meera signs the papers with a notion that she could give back the loan by selling the property of her father. But that property fetches lesser amount for her. Madhava returns in the meantime as Deputy Commissioner and around this time Raghava is a politician with very big clout. He demands the return of loan from Meera. Madhava knows about this and get irritated with his wife Meera. He uses his power to destabilize the position of Raghava that goes in vain. Meera pretends that she is in love with Raghava only to secure the papers she has signed. In one of the meetings Raghava is murdered and the onus falls on Meera. Deputy Commissioner Madhava is not ready to accept murderer Meera as his life partner anymore.What happens in such a situation to mentally depressed Meera? You have to watch the climax in the cinema halls.

Preetham loves Nandhini but gets heartbroken when he comes to know that her marriage is already fixed. Things change when she challenges him to win her heart.
