Simmba is an orphan from Shivgadh from where our beloved Singham was born and raised. Contrary to the philosophies of Singham, Simmba believes that a Corrupt Officer`s life is an ideal life which inspires him to become one. While Simmba enjoys all the perks of being an immoral and unethical Police Officer, a twist in the tale transforms him and forces him to choose the righteous path.

Rapidly approaching breaking point a man who has lost it all decides to take something for a change.

It is said that behind every successful man there is a woman. In that case - what about a corrupt man? How far is a woman responsible in the greed of a man? Can a woman stop her husband from being corrupt? `A Rainy Day` is the story of a go-getter, an achiever. Aniket is an upwardly mobile man who wants to be rich quick. He would resort to any means in order to get what he wants - even bribe people, entice them with immoral `gifts;` and if it comes to that- bump off people who get in his way! Aniket`s wife Mugdha does not approve of his deeds. Aniket is aware of that. It is probably this disapproval which is gnawing at the back of his conscience which gives rise to this story. He has never confided in Mugdha about his deeds directly as he knows how she looks at such things and totally aware of her virtues in life. When life seems to be going fine, suddenly one morning Aniket discovers that Mugdha has got wind of what he did in his childhood. Aniket wonders how she knows this, but brushes it off, thinking, `Maybe I told her myself some time.` At this time Mugdha is pregnant and Aniket wonders if this condition has anything to do with her extra sensitivity. Gradually this phenomenon starts repeating itself. Mugdha tells him each and everything in detail, what he did on various occasions. She seems to know the vivid details of all his deeds. Media gets wind of her `extra-sensory` powers and Aniket`s story gets splashed in the Press and across channels. Aniket is livid. Aniket is intrigued at first, then irritated and angry and later terrified. As it happens quite often, he is on the way of becoming a neurotic wreck. Mugdha`s disapproval and anger towards this also goes on mounting and finally she decides to leave him.

Subhash Ghai`s magnum opus unfolds the story of a billionaire dad and his three sons (Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Zayed Khan) brought up in three different places. Each is his own person and judging their lifestyle and erosion of values the father is grieved to see that his sons are pitted against each other. But a musician from Prague (Katrina Kaif) attempts to bring them closer to see their differences from a new perspective.

Professionally qualified as a lawyer, Somen lives a wealthy lifestyle with his mom, Parvati, and dad, Dharam Bhushan, who presides over the town of Shripuri as an upper caste Hindu Priest. During the Dassera fest, Somen meets with village belle, Kajri, and falls in love with her despite of the fact that she is of a much lower caste. After seeking his mom's permission, he goes to bring Kajri to meet her, but finds out that she has left for an unknown destination. Unable to stand his dad's hypocrisy and Bhagwan Shri Ram's temple being misused by Kedar Nath, Somen leaves home to go to the city but is unable to get Kajri out of his mind. A year later he returns home to the same fest, but is still unable to locate Kajri. When his dad insists that he marry Kedar's daughter, Somen not only refuses but leaves home to go and stay with his paternal uncle, Nandlal, who runs a Dairy farm. This is where he meets with Kajri and both rekindle their romance. Somen returns home, convinces his mom initially to approve of Kajri, and is pleasantly surprised to find that even his dad has given his approval. On the day of the marriage, Somen's world is turned upside down when his dad accuses Kajri of being a woman of ill repute as well as an unwed mother. Villagers are shocked by the sudden death of Mary. Father Prem Fernandes gets legal permission to conduct a postmortem on Mary's body by removing it from her grave. Look-alike twins Prem and Arun Kumar live a middle-class lifestyle. When they grow up, Prem decides to be celibate, becomes a Catholic Priest, and re-locates to a small village, while Arun becomes a Police Officer in the region. Years later Prem is a well-respected Priest, while Arun is the Superintendent of Police. One day Prem visits Arun with regard to the incident of a young woman named Mary who had reportedly killed herself. He asks Arun to have the body exhumed in order to perform a postmortem. Arun suspends the Police Inspector who had Mary's body buried without following proper procedure, and goes to the graveyard to have the body prepared for a postmortem. When the coffin is dug up and opened Arun gets a shock when he finds that the dead person in it is Prem. He immediately begins an investigation (Tahqiqaat) to find out who killed Prem, and what happened to Mary's body. As the investigation continues, hampered by lies and deceptions by the village folks, he will find out that Prem appeared to have been leading a double life, and may have responsible for Mary's pregnancy and subsequent suicide.
