The film which literally means Five Five Five is a thriller which revolves around the psyche of people and the action-reactions owing to the mind games.

Govindaya Namaha is a love story that opens with Govinda (Komal Kumar) attemting suicide and ends up meeting another man, Karthik who has also loved and lost. But the conversation teaches Govinda to accept life as it is and face situations as they throw themselves at him.

Shiva (Ajith) is the third son of Jeevanandham (Ajith), from his second wife. His step brothers, Sam (Sampat) and Vicky (Rajiv) from his father`s first wife are greedy for their father`s property and the situation turns worse when their father dies. Shiva wants to keep the family intact and therefore backs out of the feud. But now the older brothers are not able to handle the wealth and the responsibility that comes along with it. The rest is how Shiva saves his brothers from those after their wealth and whether money can actually disintegrate a family.
