Nirbaak comprises of four love stories connected through the theme of silence. The stories are intertwined and connected through Sushmita Sen`s character.

Anees Bazmee`s directorial offering stars Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Sushmita Sen and Kangana Ranaut. No Problem is produced by Anil Kapoor, who also plays a prominent role in the film. Paresh Rawal, Suresh Menon and Neetu Chandra play supporting star cast in the ribtickling comedy.

Set in India and England and starring two of the greatest living acting legends of our times- Amitabh Bachchan and Ben Kingsley - Teen Patti is an emotionally riveting and razor-sharp thriller about greed, deception and giant feats of imagination. Relayed against the backdrop of modern India, this is one of the most fascinating new films to emerge from Asia, its theme and narrative are so profoundly particular to India that it is ultimately transcendent and therefore universal in its appeal.

Everyone has their own take on love, and their expectations from it differ with the importance the give it in their lives. Dulha Mil Gaya portrays four such characters from different walks of life. Donsai and Pawan Raj Gandhi (P.R.G.) are rich men with totally different perspectives. While Donsai is averse to a commitment of any kind P.R.G.is a generous romantic who believes that there is nothing greater than love in the world. Shimmer is a glamorous diva who loves her independence and is completely goal oriented, focussed on earning success, with love at the bottom of the list. Then there is Samarpreet, a typical shy Punjabi kudi dedicated to love and lives for it. The movie shows us what happens when these varied characters meet and their love stories get entwined. The crossing of paths leads to the characters influencing each other, thus changing their views about love, relationships and life. Their journey is depicted with humour and fun. The characters exist in today`s world making it quite amusing.

This film is a zany comedy of errors. A filthy rich businessman (Govinda) married to a beautiful and sophisticated woman (Sushmita Sen) tries to hide his extramarital affair with a supermodel (Lara Dutta). To save his skin, he bribes his friend, a waiter (Ritesh Deshmukh) into pretending to be the supermodel`s boyfriend. What follows is a series of mistaken identities and misunderstandings, culminating in one mammoth laugh riot.

During an outing Dr. Suraj Rihan, who is married to Shivani, is summoned by DCP Gazala Qadri who wants to question him about the sudden death of his girlfriend/singing diva, Kriya Sengupta. A young man arrives in Rangpur to become a postmaster apprentice, but soon finds himself deeply involved in the lives of the village prostitutes. In the village of Rangpur, District of Badlapur, India, lives Narainda, who has been the Postmaster for the past 35 years. He has patiently awaited the arrival of an assistant so that he can consider retiring. His assistant arrives in the form of Chandan Mishra. Narainda teaches him to deliver mail, take a rupee for reading mail aloud--and avoid much contact with the prostitutes of Lal Batti. But the women of Lal Batti--Phulwa, Gulabo, Bijli, Padmavati, and Basanti and her young daughter Titli--are drawn to Chandan, and he becomes a frequent visitor there. The local High Priest Bhuvan Panda, who also visits Basanti late at night to satisfy his sexual lust, does not appreciate Chandan's frequent visits, especially after he finds out that Chandan is educated and very outspoken. Then a mysterious admirer of Basanti starts sending her love letters and even proposes marriage. When Bhuvan finds out, he forbids anyone to go to Lal Batti, as in his mind there are only three kinds of women: 1. Devi (Goddesses), 2. Mother who provides a heir for the family; and 3. Prostitutes. He forbids anyone to marry any prostitute. With patrons being intimidated by Bhuvan's instructions, no one dares go near Lal Batti, causing considerable anxiety and financial worries for the women there. The entire village waits in dread as the deadline approaches for Basanti's lover to materialize and marry her. Who is this mysterious admirer, and why does he want to marry a prostitute and go against the wishes of the all-powerful and deadly Bhuvan Panda?

Lady Catherine Williams (nee Beckett) (Polly Adams), a wealthy British woman, arrives in India to donate Rs 3500 Crores to charity as part of India's Republic Day Celebrations. Catherine is a state guest but ignores all requests for a media interview. She has also ignored all requests from various states to visit them and see their tourist attractions. The media portrays this as snobbish behavior from the British, so much so that the Ministry requests Catherine to visit a few places before she leaves India. Catherine wants to see the real India, and she requests a visit to Devprayag, where India's 2 rivers Bhagirathi and Alaknanda meet to form the Ganges River. At Devprayag, Lady Catherine remembers her childhood and narrates her story to a small crowd, which includes journalists Jimmy (Ronit Roy) and Rita (Ashwini Kalsekar). Shocking them, she reveals that she can speak Hindi very well. Catherine (Antonia Bernath) was born in India in 1930, to British citizens living in the country. She had a privileged and peaceful upbringing. In 1935, a young Catherine befriends Kisna (Vivek Oberoi), a local village boy, and the two share a joyous friendship. Upon learning of this, Catherine's father Peter forcefully sends her back to England. Shanta (Zarina Wahab) is Kisna's mother and Shankar (Yashpal Sharma) is his elder brother. Bhairo Singh (Amrish Puri) is a revolutionary and Kisna's maternal uncle. Sriram (Shivaji Satam) is the manager of stables and Kisna's father. Bhairo says that Peter Beckett, the British officer of the province, has stopped water supply to the farmers and diverted it to Prince Raghuraj (Rajat Kapoor). In 1947, during the Independence Struggle, Catherine comes back to India on holidays and again meets Kisna. Kisna has now developed into a poet and a singer. Kisna is now engaged to be married to Lakshmi (Isha Sharvani). Meanwhile, Prince Raghuraj has the hots for Catherine, even though she considers him as her uncle. The childhood friendship between Kisna and Catherine is rekindled and over time the feelings slowly develop into love. Their relationship is tested by the fact that they seemingly belong to the opposite sides of India's struggle for freedom. Anti-British sentiment is rife in the province, as people are dying after drinking polluted water as a result of Raghuraj's activities. Shankar has joined Bhairo Singh as a revolutionary. There is growing resentment against colonialism after British Government declares that all officers have to return to England by 14th Aug 1947 in preparation for Indian Independence. Catherine finds herself being targeted by an enraged mob of Indian nationalists including Bhairo and Shankar, who set her home on fire. She is protected by Kisna, who hides her in the family stables. Shanta finds Catherine and orders Kisna to protect her at all costs. Kisna is torn between his friendship and love for Catherine, and his duty to his country and the hatred of the British Raj. Kisna takes it upon himself to escort Catherine to the British High Commission, where safe passage back to England can be arranged for her. Kisna faces backlash from his family and community, who were part of the mob. Shankar vows that out of Kisna and him, only one will survive. Lakshmi is heartbroken that Kisna ran away with Catherine. Kisna and Catherine seek refuge with Kisna's friend Nandu (Vivek Mushran), in Rishikesh, on their way to Delhi. Kisna and Catherine pretend to be married in front of Nandu's family and stay with them. With the family, Catherine learns about Indian culture and traditions. The trip reaffirms their love for each other. At Rishikesh railway station, Raghuraj finds Catherine and lures her with her mother. He takes her away when Kisna was buying tickets at the counter. Catherine says that Kisna saved her life, but her mother Jennifer only trusts Raghuraj. Meanwhile, Lakshmi also goes to search for Kisna. Kisna is determined to save Catherine as he knows that she is not safe with Raghuraj. Kisna finds Raghuraj at a local guesthouse. Jennifer by now has found that Raghuraj wants to marry Catherine and is disgusted by him. Kisna blinds Raghuraj temporarily which allows Jennifer and Catherine to escape into a nearby commercial vehicle. Juman Masum Kishti (Om Puri) is the driver, who helps them get away along with Kisna. Juman is a servant of Naima Begum (Sushmita Sen). Naima agrees to protect her guests for the night, with the promise of delivering the trio to Delhi the following morning. On their way, the horse cart is attacked by Shankar and his forces. Juman saves Jennifer, while Kisna saves Catherine and hides with her in the jungles. They take shelter in ruins and spend the night. The next morning, Lakshmi catches up to them and confronts them in the ruins. Kisna says that he and Catherine are friends and that is it only his duty to deliver her safely to Delhi. Lakshmi is livid, but Kisna refuses to abandon Catherine. This is when Bhairo and Shankar's forces surround Kisna and Catherine. Kisna kills Bhairo when he attempts to kill Catherine. Kisna defeats Shankar in a sword-fight but spares him. Kisna says that saving Catherine is his duty. He realizes that he truly loves Catherine. Kisna kills an assassin sent by Raghuraj and uses his jeep to travel to Delhi. Kisna reaches Ghaziabad with Catherine, but the city is locked down by curfew. A police inspector recognizes Raghuraj's jeep and guides Raghuraj when he arrives in the city looking for Catherine. The police arrest Catherine as she and Kisna navigate the riots in the city, and she is produced in front of Raghuraj. Raghuraj tries to sexually assault Catherine, but Kisna finds her and engages Raghuraj in battle. Kisna burns Raghuraj alive. Shankar arrives and kills Raghuraj, just as he is about to shoot Kisna in the back. Kisna is ultimately forced to choose between his feelings for Catherine and his duty to his country. Kisna is offered to leave India with Catherine. Kisna chooses the latter and the pair bid an emotional farewell to each other. In the present, it is revealed that Kisna married Lakshmi, and fulfilled his duties to his wife and country, but always loved Catherine till his death. His last wish was for his ashes to be spread at Devprayag, the place where first love blossomed between him and Catherine. Catherine's last wish is also for her ashes to be spread at Devprayag, so that, even though they both married different people, she and Kisna can be together forever.

Anjali sacrifices her love for Raja after her sister's death and marries her brother-in-law. Years later, she meets Raja and is torn between him and her loyalties. Anjali, living in Canada with her parents, hides her relationship to the musician Raja from her parents. When her sister dies during the birth of twins, she abandons her love, marries the widower Aditya and moves to New Delhi to become the new mother of her sister's children. The Judge initially hears this case, finds Indraneel incompetent to be a responsible father and tentatively puts Gungun in the Court's custody. By accident the two women overhear a conversation in which a man confesses committing a robbery to his girlfriend. The two women decide to blackmail him for a piece of the action. Unfortunately the robbers have no intention of just rolling over... —Ace_of_Hearts Baby, a fast-talking con-woman meets with divorcee, Maria Rozario, and both become friends. Baby finds out that Maria and her brother Johnny are having problems dealing with rent, and debts. So she decides that they should rob a bank, which is unacceptable to Maria. They overhear a conversation about a robbery, and find out who the thief is, and decide to blackmail him. They are about to get married when Veer gets visions which have never happened to him. One day as the CM was giving a speech, Veer spots a sniper aiming at him and runs to stop him. However, on reaching there he finds there is no sniper. Convinced that something has been hidden from him all along, Veer gets restless. Thakur tells him then that he is not their son, neither the real Veer. Veer (Arbaaz Khan) had died in serving in the line of duty as a soldier and then while immersing his ashes, they found a man who had no memories of his past. They brought him hoke as Veer. To find out his identity, Veer (Salman) goes to Mumbai. There he meets a teenager who calls him Ali bhaiya. The teenager dies protecting him from an assassin. Meanwhile, Veer meets Inder (Inder Kumar) and it is confirmed that his name is Ali. The teenager was his orphaned brother and Inder was his friend. The girl who he saw in his dreams, was Mehak (Sushmita Sen), his love. He learns that he was on a run from the police for shooting the CM, which was only a plan that he was supposed to enact but the CM was actually shot and killed instead. Now the rest is how Ali finds the real killer and frees himself from the malicious accusation of murdering the CM.

Rewa Singh (Tabu) and Sia Sheth (Sushmita Sen) are inseparable friends. Their bond has grown despite of Rewa's marriage to Dhruv Malhotra (Sanjay Suri). All rejoice when Rewa and Dhruv are expecting a baby. Complications arise, and as a result Rewa loses the baby, and is devastated all the more when told that she can no longer bear children. Sia comes to her rescue by making herself available as a surrogate mother. This uplifts Rewa's spirits, and plans are afoot to make preparations for the forthcoming child. Their son, to avoid the divorce, wishes on a shooting star that his father should lose the ability to lie. Years later, he has now a son, who wishes that his dad would stop lying; and a mistress, Tara (Rhambha). The son's wish comes true, and all utterances from Raj's mouth are truthful. Rupali worked with her photographer Deepak, who was in love with her, but Rupali tells him that she only considers him to be a good friend. Rupali tells Deepak that she hopes to marry a millionaire with a huge mansion, cars and servants. Prem signs Rupali exclusively for his agency for 3 years. As Prem cannot spend time with Pooja, he keeps running into Rupali everywhere and they end up spending time with each other. Prem and Rupali are attracted to each other and ultimately, they fall in love. Rupali doesn't know that Prem is lying to her and that he has a family. Rupali is much preferable to Prem due to her modern lifestyle and fashionable choices, as compared to Pooja. Prem takes Rupali to Switzerland for a photo shoot, but his mom Sushila (Himani Shivpuri) forces him to take Pooja as well. Prem convinces Pooja not to come due to the expenses involved which he estimates to be Rs 15 Lakhs. In Switzerland Prem meets Lakhan (Anil Kapoor) and Lovely (Tabu). Lakhan is family friends with Prem's mother and knows that if he sees Rupali, he will report it straight to his mother. As luck would have it Lovely befriends Rupali, but Rupali doesn't say that she is dating Prem. From Lovely, Rupali hears about Pooja Bhabhi. Prem explains that he has a dead brother who passed away in a car accident, and a widow Bhabhi and her 2 kids, whom Lovely and Lakhan keep referring in their discussions. Prem says that his mother is very orthodox, and this is why she never allowed his Bhabhi to get married again. As luck would have it, Prem and Lakhan are staying at the same hotel. Lakhan is a doctor, he finds out the truth, when Prem has a back spasm in his room with Rupali and Lakhan is called upon to treat him. When Lovely meets Rupali, she tells him that Prem is married and has 2 kids. When Rupali confronts Prem, Prem claims that he married Pooja under pressure as Pooja is a mentally sick person and effectively Prem has a non-existent marriage. This conversation is recorded on Billu's (Master Varun) camera accidentally (Billu is Lakhan and Lovely's son). Prem returns to India with Rupali and gifts her a mansion very close to his existing place where he lives with his family. Rupali is ecstatic and Prem even gifts her a car. Now Prem alternates between spending with Pooja and with Rupali. Prem tells Pooja that he is going for a long walk, and she makes him take their dog named Tiger along for company. This way, Tiger also sees Rupali's mansion. At home, Pooja watches the video with Lakhan and Lovely and sees this particular section where Prem and Rupali hug each other. Lakhan manages the situation by saying that Prem was harassed by Rupali and Prem was not at all interested in her. Pooja still confronts Prem, but Prem reminds her that it was Pooja who made him cancel her tickets. Pooja is ashamed when Prem says that she is doubting his character. Back at home, On Karva Chauth, a religious ceremony observed by married couples, Pooja discovers Prem at Rupali's house. Prem had gifted Rupali a house very close to his own and Rupali had insisted that Prem spends Karva Chauth with her. Pooja's dog, who had been to Rupali's earlier drags Pooja to her home and the truth is revealed to Pooja. She asks Prem to choose between his mistress and his family. Prem chooses Rupali and moves in with her, leaving his children and mother behind with Pooja. Pooja sends her mother-in-law and children to live with her husband and Rupali. They intentionally trouble Rupali and convince Prem that Rupali keeps them hungry and wants to poison and kill them. When Rupali tries to discipline the kids, it forces Prem to stop her and see her in a negative light. The trio also pretend that Rupali is making them do housework like slaves. Then they pretend as if Rupali has thrown them out of the house. Prem forces Rupali to apologize to his mom and kids. Prem then hits Rupali when his mom tells him that Rupali gave her poison pills for a headache. Prem is not willing to listen to Rupali's side of the story. Pooja, meanwhile, with the help of Prem's friend Lakhan, has a make-over, becoming a modern woman and taking on modeling assignments. She is the 51% stakeholder of Prem's modeling agency. Pooja takes operational control of the agency and cuts off Prem's source of funds that he uses to splurge on Rupali. Pooja also fires Rupali from the agency. Ultimately the relationship between Prem and Rupali breaks down. In the end, Prem realizes that Rupali only came to him since he gave her material things, while his wife stuck with him through thick and thin. Rupali realizes her mistake and gets back together with her ex-boyfriend, Deepak (Saif Ali Khan). This was designed by Pooja and Lakhan who contact Deepak and make him contact Rupali. In a twist, Lakhan befriends Rupali, affectionately calling her his sister. While hugging her, his wife Lovely (Tabu) walks upon them and misunderstands the situation. She leaves the house crying, and drives away in a car, which their son has tampered with and has managed to disable the brakes. Lakhan then chases after her and makes up with her, with Lakhan saying to Lovely that she is his "Biwi no. 1."

Ajay is an unemployed youth who always gets into trouble because of his temper. He gets enraged when he encounters anyone committing a crime; he takes the law into his own hands, beats them up and then gives them unsolicited advice. Ajay's father Padmanabhan, who works for an insurance firm, is very unhappy with his son's attitude, and tries his best to change his behavior through a meditation expert, but fails in this matter as the expert suggests that Ajay's anguish is reasonable. Ajay meets Sonia Sriram through his father, and she falls in love with him. What Sonia likes about Ajay is his temper and anger when he encounters anything, which is against the law. Sonia gets Padmanabhan's help to get Ajay to love her. Still, Ajay is not interested in her and rejects her at first; but he later changes his mind after going through some unusual situations, and love blossoms between them. Sonia's father, Sriram, is an industrialist who owns the DCM-Daewoo automotive manufacturing facility in Chennai. He has no objection to his daughter's relationship with Ajay, but has one condition: Ajay must become employed in his factory, control his temper for three months, and not get into any fight whatsoever, even if he encounters a crime happening in front of his eyes. If Ajay cannot do this, he will not be allowed to marry Sonia. With a heavy heart, Ajay agrees to the conditions; Sonia's love for Ajay deepens, and Sriram offers Ajay a job in his factory. Sriram actually has his own problems with his factory in a loss; ten of his workers are working with his rival and younger stepbrother Gnaneswar, and they hamper the progress of his factory with frequent, pre-planned mishaps. This leads to the factory's property loss. Gnaneswar is the son of Sriram's stepmother, who gets deceived by Sriram and loses his share of his father's business empire. Further, in unusual circumstances, Gnaneswar spends some years in jail and returns with a planned conspiracy and vengeance on his stepbrother, Sriram. Gnaneswar is now trying to put Sriram out of business, so his ten men create havoc in the factory by killing old workers and raging new workers. So, when Ajay comes to work in Sriram's factory, these ten men do the same to Ajay. Ajay keeps cool, trying to keep his promise to Sriram. But Sriram hopes otherwise; he wants Ajay to break the promise and beat up the ten men and throw them out of the factory. At the same time, Sriram hopes the imminent marriage between Ajay and Sonia will be canceled, since he does not want his daughter to marry an angry street-fighter like Ajay. So, Sriram keeps hoping Ajay will somehow burst out. Gnaneswar's men damage an important machine to make the international Korean experts attend the problem. The plan is to kill those Korean experts so that it would become an international issue and Sriram's company would be locked permanently, but Ajay saves those experts, and Sriram publicizes this to create a fight between Gnaneswar's men and Ajay, but it happens otherwise that Ajay still keeps cool in spite of them beating him black and blue, and Sriram's hopes are dashed. As the last trigger, Sriram uses his father's name in publicizing the issue in the factory to media so that Gnaneswar's men may think that it was Ajay's father who brought this to the media. As expected by Sriram, those ten men brutally murder Ajay's father for this. After this, Ajay becomes furious and breaks his promise and banishes the ten men from the factory. But Gnaneswar holds Ajay and blackmails Sonia that he would kill Ajay unless Sonia kills herself by destroying Sriram's factory by bombarding it with a truck armed with a powerful Russian explosives. In the climax, Gnaneswar kills Sriram by throwing him off the helicopter; Gnaneswar gets killed when his helicopter hits the mountains; and Sonia gets saved and unites with Ajay.
