Tapas Pal

The film is based on a novel ``Adhoba`` by Mahashweta Devi. It is a story of the public fight to save their lands from forcible encroachment. The film show the life of a couple and four youths who have dedicated their life to fight for the victims who have lost their land.

This Bengali action-romance stars Pratik, Riddhima, Tapas Pal, Kanchan Mullick and has been directed by Haranath Chakraborty and Monotosh Chakraborty has scripted it. Samir Somu is the music diretor for `Amar Bodyguard`. Shaan, Javed Ali, June Banerjee and Treejoy, T are some of the film`s playback singers while Mitrani Sarkar Biswas, Gautam and Biplab Roy have written the lyrics.

After a series of unexpected UFO crash landings on the planet Earth, a large portion of life slowly and mysteriously went extinct. We follow a man that struggles for survival, as he gathers items needed for the impending winter. Outside of personal video logs and the philosophical ramblings of a former human survivor, the man seems to wander the world without contact from other humans.

This film tells the story of Abir and Nandini where circumstances bring them together and they cannot stay away from each other in spite of obstacles in their way. Do these forces prevent them from coming together or do they manage stay together?

Prof. Ajoy Mukherjee and his spouse Aditi witness a murder, committed by the criminal Digbijay. In spite of repeated warnings from Digbijay and his right hand Loha the Professors testify against them and they go to jail for 7 years. After coming out Djgbibay turns out even stronger. He attacks Ajoy's family. He sends a man called Binod Sharma who pretends to be the friend of Ajoy's brother Joy. Digbijay and Binod conspire against Joy and Ajoy. After sending his own man to rob Joy of two lakh rupees, Binod compels Joy to commit murder. Meanwhile Digbijay stabs Ajoy and Joy gets entangled for the murder of his brother. A local inspector Dilip Lahiri also turns out to be an ally of Digbijay. While Joy remains in police custody, Digbijay rapes and murders Joy's younger sister Dia. After this, Joy's sister-in-law Aditi commits suicide. Joy teams up with his friends Kanchan and Kumar to seek revenge against Binod, Dilip, Loha and Digbijay one after the other. —Taken from Wikipedia
