`Poppins` is an upcoming Malayalam film directed by V. K. Prakash. It stars ten leading actors as five couples. The film is an adaptation of the Sahitya Akademi award-winning play `8 Natakangal` by Jayaprakash Kuloor. The story centers around man-woman relationships which are weaved into a single story, encapsulating the struggles of a filmmaker, exploring different facets of the institution called marriage.

Trivandrum lodge is an upcoming Malayalam film, directed by V K Praksh, staring Jayasurya. The film`s story revolves around the lives of a group of people who stay in a lodge in Kochi. The lodge is merely just a metaphor for the happenings in the film which is a tale of love, lust and longing. The film doesn`t have a conventional beginning, middle and climax.

Stephen Louis (Jayasurya) is a quadriplegic but filthy rich. Due to his handicap, his relatives always try to take advantage of him. His caretaker Karunan (Jayan) and his manager Kamalu (Nandu) are always there with him. He has kept all his relatives at bay, except his cousin Alex (Tini Tom) who is close to him. He befriends John (Anoop Menon), who is a musician at a hotel. But when a girl Anjali (Meghana Raj) comes in their life, things change, not for good though.

Quiche Lorraine and Crepe Suzette are two adult women who delight in committing petty crimes. When those crimes don't get them the media attention they want, they plot to kidnap Natasha Helmsley, a spoiled heiress to a steamed crab company fortune, Meanwhile, three friends in their late teens, Vince, Valerie, and Vera aimlessly hang out in and around Baltimore, lightly trying to make sense of their various problems. As the film progresses, the two stories begin to gently overlap, ultimately making the film a daffy farce with a wry smile.

Four friends form a music troupe. Eventually some of them find love and some are forced to get married by their parents, but the events take a turn when these friends have to face the people they try to run away from.
