The film based on life of Dawood Ibrahim is made by one of his relatives. The film outlines the life of underworld don. Lakeer Ke Fakeer literally means Master of a line and is a debut movie of Zubair Khan, Dawood`s sister Haseena Parkar`s son-in-law.

The film is a supernatural thriller which revolves around Jaidev Varma, a famous poet who lives the life of a loner as he is unable to meet the love of his life. During the course of time, Jaidev finds out that Smruti has lost her memory and does not remember anything from her past. Jaidev decides to take Smruti to Shimla to get her treated in a hospital. On their way while resting in a guest house, Smruti gets possessed and becomes uncontrollable. The question remains: What bond does Jaidev share with Smruti that compels him to go to any extent to help her? What made Smruti get possessed by the spirit?

When his mentor Lala Lajpat Rai is beaten to death by the Britishers, Bhagat Singh sets out to avenge his death. Upon killing the responsible British official, Bhagat Singh is sentenced to death for his actions. When his mentor Lala Lajpatrai is mercilessly beaten to death by the police Bhagat Singh is enraged and he sets about to avenge his death. He and his colleagues do succeed in killing one of the officials responsible, but they are identified and as a result they are arrested and held in prison where they are tortured relentlessly. They are then sentenced to a life in prison.
