Vijayanand is a biopic on the life of Padma Shri awardee Dr. Vijay Sankeshwar, the owner of the largest fleet of commercial vehicles in the country.

Raghava (Upendra) fears watching horror movies and refuses to go to the washroom by himself as he has nyctophobia. Raghava, who loves Nandhini (Avantika), is a cinematographer for a TV channel and wants to shoot a fake haunted house, in order to increase TRP ratings. To their misfortune, they are haunted, not by one but by five ghosts.

The film is a story about two childhood friends Chinni and Chinna. Chinni and her mother are ill-treated by father. They are later thrown out of the house. The shelter-less Chinni and her mother survive. Years later Chinni becomes an established doctor and Chinna becomes a reporter with a leading news channel. Separated by fate the two friends meet once again and fall in love. However, Chinni`s dreaded past comes back to haunt her and so Chinna takes it upon himself help her overcome her fears.

Varudu, which means bridegroom, is a Telugu film directed by Gunasekhar and starring Allu Arjun, Arya, Suhasini Mani Ratnam and a new heroine-in-the-making.

Twin identical brothers get separated at birth and are raised in different backgrounds. However, as the fate has it, their paths cross when one of them is kidnapped by the local goons.
