Rohit, a vocalist with a famous band in Kerala, happens to befriend Asha, whose Facebook name goes by Asha Black, hailing from Malaysia. Friendship later turns into love and their relationship grows. A smitten Rohit can no longer concentrate on his job. Annoyed by his lack of focus, his friends ask him to go to Malaysia to meet his lady love. But, what happens once Rohit reaches the country? Shot in the stunning backdrop of Lakshadweep, Mosayile Kuthira Meenukal is a comedy-thriller flick that revolves around the characters Alex and Akbar Ali who meet at the most unexpected situation. The word Mosa in local Lakshadweep language means big sea-wave and kuthira meenukal are sword-fishes, which are labelled as ego-centric species that constantly attack each other.

Ulakam Chuttum Vaaliban is a romantic comedy starring Jayaram and Vandhana Menon in the lead roles and has been directed by Saji Surendran.
