Tarun Chandra plays Shyam in this romantic drama who grew up away from his hometown, Mysore. His mother finds a match for him but he doesn`t want to get married and tries evading it. The film stars Sanjjjanaa and Bhama as well. Dinesh Babu has directed the film, scripted it, written it`s screenplay and the dialogues. Jai-Jagadish has produced the film and the film`s background score has been given by Giridhar Diwan.

``Dhan Dhana Dhan`` is a remake of David Dhawan directed Hindi comedy ``Hum Kisise Kum Nahin`` (HKKN), which had Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgan, Sanjay Dutt and Aishwarya Rai in the cast.

Cable guy Venky falls for Priya while working at her house. Her protective brothers disapprove. After Venky loses mental stability, Priya falls in love with him.
