In this sequel, the business tycoon from Maharashtra Mr. Makarand Jadhav, and his funnily weird family land in London but they get embroiled in the financial scam and find themselves in the hands of the Pakistani mafia. Rajwardhan Chowghule (Makrand) is a rich farmer on the lookout for a bride. Jitu is a reporter in love with famous model Janhavi (Tejaswini). But when Rajwardhan falls in love with Janhavi too, chaos ensues. In the race to win Janhavi`s heart, these 2 friends embark on a the fun filled adventure.

Nandu works hard as a farmer living off one crop to another, setting his eyes towards the sky praying for timely rain. However, his debt keeps rising by the day, including the worry of an unmarried sister in the family. Nandu is joined by his friend from the city, Rajaram, who comes to the village out of compulsion, but with big hopes of growing a crop with limited resources. Like a good friend he comes to the rescue of Nandu, during his hard times, but that support is not enough to shoulder the burden falling on Nandu.

Dhudgus, meaning chaos, speaks of human greed and how people try to exploit and take advantage of situations. A young bride loses her soldier husband, and thereby is believed to have brought misfortune to the family. The in-laws and parents disown her, leaving her with nowhere to go. But when the government decides to award her compensation for the death of her husband, things suddenly change.

Inspired by the Hollywood movie `Little Miss Sunshine`, De Dhakka revolves around a financially distressed family that travels to Mumbai to support their daughter in participating in a dance competition with a huge prize money.
