Vimal Kumar is the General Secretary of All Kerala Mohanlal Fans Welfare Association, while Balan Vijayan and M. Vijayakumar are the founders of Happy and Ruby Group. Pradeep Chandran will be the Executive Producer. Just like any other Joshiy-Mohanlal movie, this one too will be a complete entertainer and is expected to be the first release of Mohanlal in 2013.
