After a gap of 12 years, two separated lovers Kartik and Vasuki end up meeting each other under unusual circumstances.

Sulekha, a short tempered and cranky old woman whose son works abroad, lives with Phuli, the only household help willing to stay with her. Then one day Chandan, a young man, joins as a caretaker but finds himself at loggerheads with Sulekha. What follows is a moving story about loneliness and relationships.

Two weeks before the birth of her first child, New Yorker Shaina Feinberg recounts her reluctant journey to motherhood in a video letter to her son. Clearly influenced by old Woody Allen films, her letter becomes a series of vignettes that include her newly-sober husband, her goofy Upper West Side parents, an adorable Shih Tzu, a neurotic shrink, and her own views on daytime television.

The film unfolds as a black comedy after the death of a man in a bus accident. Corrupt cops try to hush up the case, making the bereaved father (Biswajit) accept that his son was killed when a tree fell on him. Biswajit tries to cope with the grief and injustice in silence, but his daughter-in-law (Paoli) decides to protest. This opens a new chapter, as two political aspirants (Sabyasachi and Paran) try to manipulate the tragedy for political mileage. Meanwhile, the bus conductor (Rahul) who is madly in love with the bus now falls for Paoli.

Kagojer Bou is based on a story by novelist Sirshendu Mukhopadhyay. It is all about love, desire, passion, lust, betrayal, hate and unstipulated enigma. The movie shows how the wild desire of a person overcomes his feeling of love. The movie mainly revolves around the politics of a man-woman relationship, where a shrewd and cunning man feels like treating her as his property. The male in the film is ready to do anything to earn money and doesn`t believe in ethics and righteousness.

This is the story of a sensitive 27-year-old doctor, Tamodeep, whose life changes drastically in just 48 hours. He comes across four women -Sraboni, Meghna, Sriparna and Mohini. The women steer him through a journey of affection, infatuation, lust, friendship and true feelings, leaving Tamodeep a changed man.
