The story kicks off from Tamil Nadu and shifts to Andhra Pradesh, Mumbai, Bhopal, Delhi, Goa, Kanpur and Lucknow and culminates in Kolkata. The film tracks an interesting time period - six years, six months, six days, six hours, six minutes and six seconds.

This film sees the lead character sport six different looks and going around six different states to solve a mystery.The film is extensively shot in 6 different metro cities of India and is a Tamil drama film. Poonam Kaur and Archana also star alongside Shaam.

Siva (Varun Sandesh), a final year engineering student, is on his way to Hyderabad on train, when he sees Maya (Asmitha Sood), who is being chased by goons. Siva helps her, buys her a ticket and finds her gone in the morning by the time he reaches Hyderabad. He meets his rich uncle and wannabe film producer, (Jai Prakash Reddy) and his daughter - Bhagya (Poonam Kaur), with whom his parents foresee a marriage as soon as he completes his studies. Taken aback by all this Siva goes out with his friend Pandu (Krishnudu). It is around the same time when popular director Brammi (Brahmanandam) arrives to the producer`s house to narrate a story. It seems Brammi`s story comes alive with Siva, and it doesn`t take long before the producer finds this out. Worried that his future son-in-law is running away with some other girl, he orders his men to follow them, while he sits down with the story teller to see the end of the story!

The creators of the Rajinikanth starrer Chandramukhi have decided to take the story forward with Venkatesh in Nagavalli. The film will see Venkatesh playing three characters, with as many as seven actresses sharing the screen with him.

Karthik (Krishnudu) comes to Hyderabad and gets recruited by an ad agency. There he meets Kalpana (Sonia) and starts liking her. Due to his easy going nature, he is not taken seriously and Kalpana too finds faults within him as a result of their initial interactions. However, she starts interacting with him. Meanwhile, her parents find her a groom, Rajeev (Samrat). When they meet, Kalpana and Rajeev find that they have much in common. Meanwhile, Karthik's friend Altaf (Suryatej) and Kalpana's friend Sandhya a.k.a. Sandy (Poonam Kaur) fall in love. And then Kalpana also realises that Rajeev is not meant for her and gets closer to Karthik. However due to a rift between Altaf and Sandy, Kalpana and Karthik's friendly relationship is also destroyed. Will they re-unite forms the crux of the story.
