Story of a so-called terrorist, who actually has been compelled to take this route of life

Chowdry Sarang is an arrogant man who refuses to bow down before anyone. He has a sister Chand who falls in love with Shiva, who is from an agricultural family. Sarang kills Shiva and his family members. However, Shiva`s sister-in-law, Ganga (Rakhi Gulzar), stays alive and is pregnant that time. She vows to make Sarang bow down his head one day before her son. Also, her son and Sarang`s daughter would fall in love and her son would therefore become Sarang`s son-in-law and thus make him bow down his head. Whether or not Ganga fulfills her vow (Saugandh), forms the crux of the story.

Toofan' is the story of Manik, Archana and their three sons Rabi, Raja and Ranju who are separated because of Mona, the goon on a stormy night. They spend many years of their life away from each other in different places. Circumstances bring them together after many years and they are united. —Bababangaleee
