The film is a love story that takes place on a journey. The story of the film revolves around the two protagonist. The film is a remake of a Marathi film Mumbai Pune Mumbai, however, many changes have been made in the script to suit the nativity.

`Galaate` is a 2013 Kannada romantic comedy, directed and written by M. D. Sridhar. The film stars Prajwal Devaraj, Kriti Kharbanda and Nisha Shetty in leading roles while Shashikumar and Tara have supporting roles. Jassie Gift has composed the film`s music.

This Kannada film revolves around four friends. The film`s leading actors include Vijay Raghavendra, Srujan Lokesh, Ravishankar and Tarun Chandra. Actor, Master Snehith plays the role of a spoilt child while Prantha stars opposite Darshan who has a guest appearance. Nikitha Thukral has appeared in a dance number in the film. Ram Narayan has directed the film and Soundarya Jagadish has produced it.

The story revolves around three characters Paramesh (Jaggesh), Parvathi (Shradha Arya) and Ganga (Siya Gautham). Paramesh, a script writer, marries Ganga from his village. Circumstances force him to marry another girl Parvathi without informing Ganga. Both give birth to baby boys Subbu and Ganapa who look like twins. Ganga adds to Paramesh`s woes when she comes to Bangalore to live with him. Paramesh has in hand the task of managing both the wives. To make it worse, Subbu and Ganapa join the same school and become close friends. The movie takes a curious turn when Parami, a lookalike of Paramesh, joins Parvathi as her husband.

5 Idiots is a film that hopes to convey to the youth the dangers of irresponsible living. The characters in the film include a guy who has lost his job abroad due to recession, another who doesn`t believe in family commitments due to his film ambitions and yet another one who neglects his studies and does nothing besides wasting his precious time. These three along with their friends end up in financial trouble. To get out of the mess they decide to kidnap a big shot`s daughter and demand a hefty ransom.
